Family Suites
Our Family Suites include en-suite bathrooms - full shower or bath and toilet, and full kitchens. They include at least two rooms and can sleep four to six people.
These rooms run from $115.00 - $135.00 per night for two occupants. Each additional occupant is $5.00 per night.
Should you exceed the maximum capacity, there will be a charge of $50.00 per night per additional guest above the Maximum Occupancy.
All rooms are non-smoking. Up to two pets allowed for an additional fee.
Our rooms are managed, booked, and paid through the Reservation Nexus system. All our room links will lead you into that system.
Suite 31 - The Hanging Tree Suite
The Hanging Tree Suite has a kitchenette and bedroom room area with cable TV and WiFi. The bedroom has a King size bed and a full bathroom. There is a Queen size bed in the adjoining room. Maximum capacity with adjoining room is 4 people.
Suite 32 - Mrs. Carey's Suite
We gave Mrs. Carey this suite as she was the lady of the hotel. Joe and Clare Carey actually lived in one of the apartments in their later years. Enjoy all the comforts of home in this 2-bedroom suite. It has a fully equipped kitchen if you want to dine in or just want a private cup of coffee or tea. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the suite so everyone has privacy. There is also a fullsize bed in the living room. The full bathroom has both tub and shower. The cozy living room includes cable TV. Of course, wireless internet is available too. Whether you are just staying a night or two or are staying for the week, this suite will accommodate you quite comfortably. The Standard Rate applies to four persons. Each additional guest is $5.00. This Maximum capacity is 6 people.
Bob's Bar is an updated suite has a full bath and a kitchen. The bedroom has a full sized bed and a queen bed
and the main room includes a Queen bed. Includes cable TV, air conditioning and wireless internet. Maximum Capacity: 6.

Suite 36 - The Rum Runner's Suite
The Rum Runners Suite is a quaint studio room with a full kitchen and bath. Enjoy a good night's sleep in our Turn-of-the-Century brass bed. In addition to the brass bed, there are two twin beds and we can add a rollaway or two for extra people. This room also has wireless internet and cable TV. The Standard Rate applies to four persons. Each additional guest is $5.00. This suite can accommodate up to 6 people.
Suite 38 - the North Slope Ranch
The North Slope Ranch Suite has two Queen Beds and a double bed - plenty of room for additional people. This suite has a full bath and a complete kitchen. There is cable TV, wireless internet access, and air conditioning. The Standard Rate applies to four persons. Each additional guest is $5.00. Maximum capacity: 6.
Suite 39 - The Council Bar Suite
The Council Bar Suite has a separate bedroom with a king bed. Enjoy relaxing in this suite above Greybull Avenue. It comes with a complete kitchen and bathroom with tiled shower. This suite is located across the street corner, and above the Bootlegger Emporium store so is very private. As with the hotel, there are a number of stairs up to the suite. There is a smart TV, wireless internet access, and air conditioning.
Wind down from your day of traveling by just sitting in the loveseat or make a cup of coffee or a meal and dine at the table. This suite has the one king bed so will sleep two comfortably. Wherether you are here for one night or choose
to stay a few days this is the perfect place to relax.
