Historic Hotel Greybull Policies

About Our Rooms

 

  • Our hotel was built in 1916 and as was common in those days, the hotel is on the second floor of the building.
  • Most of our rooms are up a beautifully restored 25-step staircase; we have no elevator
  • There are two ground-level units that are ADA-accessible
  • Our rooms are clean and comfortable
  • Free wireless internet access throughout the hotel
  • Each room is equipped with a television, alarm clock, coffe pot, shower, and hairdryer in room
  • Our Economy rooms are smaller rooms, and original to the hotel, they use a shared toilet in the hallway. They each have a sink and shower. 
  • We offer: a Parlor Room to read, watch TV and visit; Microwave and popcorn are always on hand; Complimentary parking; Complimentary Continental breakfast; Coffee pot and fresh ground coffee in each room
  • We offer a self-check-in for late arrivals
  • We are a No-Smoking property
  • We will accept some pets in availabe pet friendly rooms for a fee but please notify us ahead.

Please review our policies prior to your visit.  Should any of our policies be ignored fees will be applied and unauthorized guest(s) will be required to find alternative lodging.  No Refunds.

Payments

We accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, cash and Checks.  The Credit Cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.  

We will process your card 24 hours before arrival and at that time it is nonrefundable.  You can cancel anytime prior to 24 hours.  Please let us know if you are going to be delayed.

 

 

Self-Check In for Late Arrivals:  Credit card on file will be charged for balance remaining - Late check-in instructions will be provided. ​

 

Taxes

Our Sales Tax rate is 11%, and is applied to your Reservation amount. 

 

Cancellations​

If you cancel prior to 24 hours of reservation date you will not be charged.

Should you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival, you are responsible for the first night's reservation.

 

 

Maximum Occupancy

Children are included in the maximum guest count.  Plesae review the Maximum Capacity for the room(s) that you are interested in.  Should you exceed the maximum, there will be a charge of $50.00 per night per additional guest above the Maximum Occupancy.  There are no refunds if you exceed the Maximum Occupancy and guest will need to find alternative lodging.  

 

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In is between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.  Should you anticipate a later arrival please let us know - call ahead at 307.202.0329 and we will provide you with instructions for a self-check-in. All late arrivals will have the balance of their room charged to their credit card on file. Upon check-in, guests are responsible for payment in full for the full reservation.  We will also do our best to accommodate you if you need an earlier check-in.  Check-Out is 11:00 a.m.  

 

Guest Notice

This property is privately owned.  Management reserves right to refuse service to anyone.  We will not be responsible for accidents, or injury, to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.  We are a Smoke Free Hotel. 

 

Continental Breakfast

Historic Hotel Greybull offers a simple start to the day with a complimentary Continental Breakfast. Items will vary daily, and can be found in the Library / Lounge area upstairs during the off-season.  Continental Breakfast will be served in the lobby from 7AM to 9AM during the summer season.

 

Some of the items we offer for breakfast include English Muffins, Homemade Breads & jam, Oatmeal, Yogurt, Coffee, Fruit and Fruit Juice. 

Please maintain a peaceful environment for all our guests.  We ask that you observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM. Should we receive reports of excessive noise, or disturbances, a guest may be asked to leave. Many of our guests turn in early; please be considerate when entering and exiting the hotel in the evening.  

 

Because we are a restored Historic Hotel, some aspects of our building have a century's worth of use. Please be aware that in an older structure like ours, the floors will creak. Because we are situated adjacent to a rail line, you may on occasion hear the movement and changing of train cars.

 

Parking

There is no charge for parking.  You are free to park along the front of the hotel, which is just off the highway.  There is additonal parking in the city parking lot behind the hotel. 

 

Pets

We are happy to welcome your furry friends for an additional fee; limit two per room.
